Lemon (Orange) Glaze Cake

White Cake Mix

Jello Instant pudding & pie mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup salad oil
3/4 cup water

Beat all together for 2 min (Don't overbeat).  Bake 35 minutes at 350 in 9 x 13 ungreased pan.

GLAZE

2 Tablespoons warm water
2 cups sifted 10x powered sugar
1/3 cup orange juice cpmcemtrate
2 Tablespoons melted butter

Poke holes with meat fork into backed cake while it is still hot and pour glaze over.  Note:  Keep punching holes and adding glaze until glaze is used up, also allow some glaze to rund down the sides.  This freezes very well in deep freezer (a year if tightly sealed) but beware of self defrosting freezers!
